Who we are

FlowDelegate Tech LLC (FlowDelegate, “we”, “us”) operates flowdelegate.ai. We are based in Colorado, USA. Contact for any privacy question: privacy@flowdelegate.ai.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. Name, email, optional company, project details, message, plus a hashed copy of your IP and a coarse user-agent string.
• Analytics. Aggregate page-view data via Plausible (cookieless, GDPR-friendly) and anonymized Web Vitals via Vercel Analytics.
• Anti-spam telemetry. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to verify you are human. We do not receive personally identifying data from Turnstile.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries you send via the contact form.
• To understand which pages get visited at the aggregate level.
• To detect and reject automated abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. We do not use your data to train models. We do not enroll you in any marketing list without explicit opt-in.

Retention

Lead submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. Email privacy@flowdelegate.ai with the email address you submitted and we will delete the corresponding records within 30 days. Aggregate analytics are retained per the providers’ defaults (Plausible: indefinite, anonymous; Vercel Analytics: 30 days).

Third-party processors

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery (US-based).
• Cloudflare — DNS, edge caching, Turnstile anti-spam (US-based).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (US-based).
• Upstash — Redis storage for leads and rate limits (US/EU options).
• Plausible — analytics (EU-hosted, cookieless).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Email privacy@flowdelegate.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify users directly.
